NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
Should you decide that you do not wish to use or keep one of our nutritional supplement products, please contact us within 30 days of your having recieved the product. We'll provide you with instructions on how to return the unopened container to us, and when your item is recieved in our warehouse for processing we'll refund the purchsae price of the item. Please note, we cannot accept partially used product or opened containers for refund.
PERSONAL CARE PRODUCTS
On our consumable personal care products, we offer a 30-day return or refund under the following guidelines.
- If the item arrived in unusable or damaged condition, we would be happy to issue a full refund for the item or reship at the customer's request.
- If the item arrived in good condition but was judged unsatisfactory prior to use, we accept a return at the customers expense and will refund upon receipt of the item.
- If the item arrived in good condition but was judged unsatisfactory after use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
On our durable personal care items, we offer a 30-day return or refund under the following guidelines.
- If the item arrived in non-functional condition, we would be happy to issue a full refund for the item.
- If the item arrived in good condition but was judged unsatisfactory prior to use, we accept a return at the customer�s expense and will refund upon receipt of the item.
- If the item arrived in good condition but was judged unsatisfactory after use, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.
- If the item arrived in usable condition but was damaged after the customer employed the item, we do not offer a refund or return option. Certain products may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty.
MISSHIPMENTS AND UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
Occasionally, a customer may receive an item from us in error or in the wrong quantity. Please contact us immediately so we can correct the mistake! We care very much about meeting your needs and expectations and will do what is needed to rectify the error.
In the case of a misshipment which is dispatched to an undesired, incorrect, or undeliverable address because the order was submitted to us with the undesired address, we refund the product's purchase less our shipping chrage. Please doublecheck your delivery address for completeness and accuracy at the time you submit your order!
PLEASE NOTE: We currently ship via USPS only. Orders created with non-postal delivery addresses may be returned to us, and our missipment policy does apply.
RESTOCKING FEES
On certain returns, it may be necessary to levy a restocking fee to cover the cost of preparing the item for resale. The amount varies by item.

Email us at customercare@mindbodysource.com with information concerning your retun needs. Please include your Amazon.com / Condoms Store / Mind Body Source order ID. Once we understand your request, we'll provide further instructions, including the address to return the item.
