Q: Do you ship discreetly?
Absolutely. We ship all out orders in plain packing material, either USPS-issued envelopes or boxes, plain boxes, or yellow bubble-padded mailers. No information regarding the contents of your order is printed on the outside of the envelope, and no product or lifestyle oriented marketing material or messaging will appear on the outside of the package. Many of the products we sell are intensely personal in nature, and we understand our customers' desire for privacy.
Q: How can I leave feedback about my purchase?

Q: Why can't I use this gift certificate on my order?
We regret that we can only honor gift certificates that Mind Body Source has issued. Those from other retailers cannot be applied to products ordered from us.
Q: Why don't you ship to prisons?
Most prison authorities intercept and reject our products, but do so with no great haste. This generates frustration for our customer, who cannot learn the disposition of the order until the item is returned to us, and we refund the order. We encourage our customers who wish to provide our products to an incarcerated individual to do so directly.
